The Courses

First: Introduction to Apple Service (2-day)

The two-day instructor-led introductory class is the perfect compliment to the essential modules in Apple’s self-paced Technical Learning Administration System (ATLAS). It cover topics such as technician safety, ESD precautions, systematic troubleshooting, customer interaction skills, and more.

Second: Mac Technician (3-day)

The three-day instructor-led Mac Technician class is fully Apple-compliant and introduces you to all of the necessary skills to properly trouble-shoot, service and repair a wide range of Apple Mac computers from the last decade. Make sure to inform your instructor beforehand of any specific models you are interested in.

Third: Device Technician (3-day)

During this three-day course you will learn official processes and procedures for properly evaluating and servicing iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch and more. Learn the best approaches for putting Apple tools and software to proper use, and what to do when you do not have access to them!

Course Description

Format

Lectures, demonstrations, discussions and interactive hands-on exercises – delivered online, on-site, or in a classroom. (On-site and classroom delivery recommended.)

Audience

1. Technicians at AASPs (Apple Authorised Service Providers) who want an instructor-led compliment to ATLAS in order to get a head start on the most important modules.
2. Technicians at IRPs (Apple Independent Repair Providers) who want an instructor-led compliment to ATLAS in order to get a head start on the most important modules.
3. Any individuals who want to learn Apple-compliant approaches to - and best practices for - service and repair.

Required Prerequisites

A thorough familiarity with using and supporting Mac, iPhone and iPad devices is assumed.
